Stephen is a Partner in Human Capital Consulting, and Deloitte’s national leader for Future of Work Advisory, and a member of the global Future of Work team. Stephen has been a writer and speaker on the future of work since 2011. With over 20 years’ experience in Consulting, Stephen leads transformations in workforce strategy to fundamentally get at changes in work, workforce and workplace to fuel business strategy. Stephen’s experience spans from strategy to design – he follows strategy with the design and implementation of workforce programs, not simply to chase elusive ‘best-practice’, but to design unique solutions to client context, in pursuit of advantage.
