Avery is currently with the Human Resources Group of Globe Telecom, a leading telco player in the Philippines. She is the Vice President, Head of HR Business Partners, and Head for Change Management. & Organization Development COE She is also a part-time teacher teaching Post-graduate course in Operations Management and Project Management. Prior to joining Globe, she spent years growing as an HR & OD consultant and practitioner at DHL Express and Guthrie-Jensen Consultants.

Avery graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communication. In addition to her degree in Masters in Business Administration, she is certified in various practices such as Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scaled Agile Professional (SAFe®), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Change Management.
