Adam Shoffner

Adam Shoffner joined Foreside in 2020 and is a Director and Fund Chief Compliance Officer in the Fund Officer Group. He is the Chief Compliance Officer of SHP ETF Trust, Build Funds Trust and a registered closed-end fund. Adam also provides fund compliance consulting services to registered investment companies, including oversight of compliance programs, advisor/service provider due diligence and mock SEC exams. Prior to joining Foreside, he served as a compliance consultant at Duff & Phelps, as a paralegal at Hartford Funds and in other positions in mutual fund compliance, regulatory, operations, accounting and transfer agency both in-house and at mutual fund service providers. He has over 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. Adam and his family reside in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.
