Avita Sukhram joined FTSE Russell in 2021 and is responsible for product management of market cap weighted equity index utilization for the Wealth market, including Russell US Indexes and the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (FTSE GEIS). Avita has 20 years of financial services industry experience. Prior to joining FTSE Russell, Avita spent the last 10 years in wealth management, most recently at BNY Mellon Pershing focused on RIA Investment Product & Platform Strategy. Avita began her career in data, research, and analytics for a variety of financial services firms. Avita earned a B.A. Economics, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and M.B.A Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
