Dennis Morton is the Co-Founder and Principal of Morton Brown Family Wealth. He is a strategic thinker, a student of investing, and believes financial confidence is formed through a process of mastery. Dennis followed a unique path to becoming a financial advisor. He studied history on an Army ROTC scholarship followed by four years on as an Air Defense Artillery (PATRIOT) officer in the United States Army. With an appreciation for the past and exposure to critical thinking and leadership, Dennis applied those skills in a field where the stakes are high: personal financial planning. In 2018, Dennis and his business partner launched Morton Brown Family Wealth. Since then, his RIA has tripled in size through organic growth, breaking the $300M AUM threshold in 2023. Dennis believes that the leading advisory firms of the future will be defined by professional excellence and their ability to lead an excellent business.
