Founding Partner at Wise Rhino Group

Dick is the founding Partner of Wise Rhino Group, which provides M&A advisory services for Firms focused on the retirement and wealth advisory space, TPAs as well as financial services technology Firms. Prior Dick managed strategy and distribution for BlackRock’s advisor sold retirement business. He began his career as a retirement consultant with Williams Thatcher and Rand (now AON) where he was a partner and retirement consulting national practice leader. He also led retirement distribution at MFS Investment Management and ING. Prior to joining BlackRock, Dick was a co-founder at National Retirement Partners. Dick lives in Charleston SC with his wife Mary where they enjoy visits with their 5 Grandkids
