Emma Friend is Head of Marketing for Capital Group ETFs. She has 22 years of industry experience and has been with Capital Group for six years. Earlier in her career at Capital, she was responsible for the institutional marketing teams in both the US and Europe. Prior to joining Capital, Emma worked as Head of Content and Strategic Marketing at Lombard Odier Investment Managers. Before that, she held senior marketing and client experience positions at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Fidelity International and HSBC Bank. She holds a Masters degree in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University. Emma is based in Los Angeles.
