Jeff Haines is Enterprise Architect at Thrivent Advisor Network, a best-of-both-worlds hybrid RIA that combines independence with the community, resources, and culture of a leading advisor network. In this role, Jeff ensures that Thrivent Advisor Network offers a comprehensive suite of business technology solutions and best practices that enable advisors to focus less on the tools and more on achieving their business goals. He  has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, including consulting, software development and executive management. Jeff has consulted with some of the largest financial services firms in the country to help them analyze business problems and create solutions to those problems. He has worked directly with financial advisors to design client-focused processes that more effectively leverage their staff and technology. Jeff has extensive experience in product development and product management, with a particular focus on integrating multifaceted financial tools into easy-to-use online programs. In addition, he has held executive level positions in Branch Administration, Marketing, Technology and Operations in financial services firms.
