Prior to becoming a coach and mentor, Alison has held a number of senior leadership positions in the financial services sector. Her roles have ranged from National partnerships manager at Aviva to regional director for Barclays Private Clients. As part of these leadership roles, Alison coached and mentored senior managers to be more confident and effective public speakers across a number of businesses.
