James is a director in PwC's Financial Risk Management team with a focus on Front Office change and traded risk. He has led a number of engagements including booking model strategy, execution of non core strategies and optimising portfolios for prudential regulatory change. He has also worked across a broad set of market, credit and other non-traditional risk engagements with an emphasis on connecting modelling and analytics to actionable business decisions. Most recently he has been developing and running the firm's Profitability Transformation proposition which helps banks improve margin by optimising business performance within risk and regulatory constraints.
