Javier is a Partner at Oliver Wyman leading the Risk & Finance business in Iberia, as well as relations with leading G-SIFIs, Tier 1 banks and Public Authorities. Over the last seventeen years, Javier has led high-impact strategy consulting work across Capital, Risk, Finance, Digital and Public Affairs with major institutions across Europe and globally.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Javier earned a dual degree in Business Administration and Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School.
