Head of ESG Risk and Reputational Risk at HSBC UK

Sarah is an accomplished ESG leader in UK Financial Services. She has over 23 years’ experience in Risk Management, Commercial Banking and Transformation, and is currently leading the ESG Risk agenda for HSBC in UK. Prior to her current role she led major strategic initiatives including the creation of the $300Bn ring-fenced bank, now called HSBC UK. Sarah is an Oxford graduate and holds degrees in Physics and Financial Services.

Sarah’s interest in sustainability issues extends beyond her work, having recently established a community sustainable bee farm in conjunction with a local charity.
