With multi functional leadership experience in successfully managing multi-billion dollar portfolios, he has demonstrated leadership on Business Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Finance & Planning, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Integration and Transformation projects.

Siva joined Techcombank, Vietnam as Deputy chief executive officer and chief risk officer in 2020. He has been instrumental in transforming the risk management function and lead the bank through a successful transformation path in the last 2 years. Prior to joining Techcombank, Siva headed several risk and strategic leadership roles in ASEAN for nearly 15 years.
