Welcome to the sponsor details for RiskMinds Americas 2021
Our new digital platform Totem allows sponsors to have the full experience of being at an actual event with live video conversations from the moment people step into your branded ‘booth’, just as you would do with a physical booth. Not only can attendees view live presentation sessions, visit exhibitor and sponsor showcases as well as attend collaborative workshops and roundtables, they can also truly interact with other attendees at the virtual event itself, with the ability to video call and message users from directly within the platform, Totem provides a simple yet powerful way to connect with other event delegates.

SPONSOR EXPERIENCE
We have a whole host of new and exciting sponsorship opportunities on our virtual event platform:
- Virtual networking: Interact live on camera with all those that drop into your exhibition space and request a meeting
- Fully branded private video chatroom: Invite people to your private chatroom to collaborate and do business. You can screenshare and invite others to join too
- Event directory: You'll get a spot on the sponsor and exhibitor listing with your branding for all attendees to browse, and links to interact in your booth space
YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH
The virtual booth allows you to connect directly with attendees and is a place for you to display content such as videos, images and documents. Each booth can hold up to 3 videos and 3 PDF documents. Your virtual booth allows you to have:
- Live video conversations when people step into your booth and request a meeting - either one-to-one or in small groups
- Message visitors directly when they enter the booth, using the booth chat function
- Fully branded booth

BUILDING YOUR BOOTH
To build your booth, we will need the following items from you:
- Company logo (JPG/PNG): landscape, 500px wide minimum, any height
- Company profile: 150 words max
- Background image (JPG/PNG): 1920px x 1080px. Exhibitor backgrounds are used behind other content assets - please be aware that other content will sit on top of this background so please avoid any text or logos and use a generic background image
- 3x pre-recorded video files: MP4 format HD resolution 1920px x 1080px
- 3x PDF documents
YOUR PASSES
Details on how to register delegate passes included in your sponsorship contract will follow shortly, passes will need to be registered online and the link will follow. To view the terms and conditions please visit our website here.
Speaker passes do not need to be registered online - they will be automatically registered.
If you require additional passes, please contact Katie Storrar who will be able to provide a discount code.

TIPS FOR BEING A SUSTAINABLE ATTENDEE AT OUR VIRTUAL EVENT
- Reduce the brightness of your screen and remember to hibernate your computer when not in use to help reduce your energy usage
- Make sure you take a break at regular intervals throughout the day. Getting away from your screen for a minute to stretch your legs, staying hydrated and having a healthy snack will improve your ability to get the most out of the event
- When talking to exhibiting companies remember to ask them about the sustainability credentials of their business and their products
- Be aware of our code of conduct and help us ensure a welcoming atmosphere of respect for all
- Consider eating a healthy meat-free lunch during the event, its good for you and for the planet
- Most event resources have been designed to be easily viewed online or via a mobile device so please avoid printing where possible to help reduce paper waste
