Bianca Pielaat is the Operations and Crewing Manager at Multraship Towage & Salvage, a leading towage and salvage company in Terneuzen, the Netherlands, with branch offices in Bulgaria and Romania. The company’s core activities include harbour and terminal towage, salvage, sea towage and support to the offshore energy & dredging industries.

Bianca began her maritime career in 1999 as a Naval Officer with the Royal Dutch Navy where she served until 2006. She then moved on to a shore-based role as a VTS Operator on the river Scheldt. In 2008 Bianca started her career at Multraship in the Operations Department- and gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of operations, crew and salvage management.

Bianca is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational and salvage activities at Multraship Towage and Salvage. She ensures that industry standards are met and safety regulations are followed. Additionally, Bianca manages crew schedules, fosters a positive working environment, and facilitates professional development.
