Mr. Saleh is an accomplished Project Manager, Transportation/Traffic Engineer, and Client Liaison in the U.S. and internationally, with more than 41 years of experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) master planning, design, and operations, advanced traffic signal system design and operations, design and development of construction plans and specifications for roadway/highway projects, and comprehensive transportation studies for large urban centers and major new development. He has been with TEC since 1992 and has grown the company in the U.S. and internationally to over 40 employees. He has participated in major ITS development projects that have been recognized with national and international awards for innovative engineering and improving the safety of the traveling public. Mr. Saleh serves as TEC’s key client liaison, responsible for overseeing quality and cost control, ensuring that customers' needs are met, and project supervision and management.
