Lujain joined the group in 2019, leading L’Occitane’s brand development in KSA for 3 years, during this time she established herself as an advocate for women empowerment, a change catalyst and an ambassador for employee journey mapping.

In her newly created role, Lujain leads and operationalizes our culture and sustainability strategies in KSA to enable our growth ambitions, through co-creating, localizing, and embedding culture, people experience, well-being and diversity initiatives relevant to the Saudi market.

As a member of the Group Culture and People Experience team, the Group Sustainability team, she is influencing change in the culture, enhancing our involvement in sustainability through leveraging on the countries vision of better protecting the environment, while including employees in our efforts to give back to the community.
