I have been involved in the traffic sign industry since 1988. Currently working for a major reflective sheeting manufacturer, Avery Dennison. Previously worked with another sheeting producer and a traffic sign manufacturer.
 
My role is European Regulatory Affairs manager. Dealing with compliance, testing and standards every day.
I am involved in the BSI National committee responsible for Vertical signs, part of the experts delegation to WG3 who have the responsibility for signs across Europe. Member of the expert group PT1A who are currently developing the new harmonised standard, this group specifically deals with the reflective element of the standard.
My role includes working with notified bodies and certification agencies.
 
I am also a member of the PH3/6 and PH3/7, WG7 and the ISO committee responsible for Personal safety clothing including high visibility and marine life saving products.
