Domagoj BaresicResearcher at UCL Energy Institute and consultant at UMAS
Domagoj is a Researcher at the UCL Energy Institute and a consultant at UMAS. He is currently completing his PhD focused on sustainability transitions in maritime transport at UCL. His primary research focus is the historical development of alternative fuels within the maritime industry (policy and business perspective) and the effect these have on the future industry fuel mix. In addition, he has a strong research interest in ports, harbors and bunkering infrastructure developments. Prior to joining UCL and UMAS, Domagoj worked for several years in the financial sector as an analyst covering natural gas, renewables and emission trading markets. Domagoj holds a Masters in Environmental Policy and undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
