Daniel Sparre is a Vice President with JLL Capital Markets, Ontario Multifamily Team specializing in Southwestern Ontario and the Niagara Peninsula. Following a 15-year career in professional hockey, Daniel joined JLL in early 2020, winning the award for “Rookie of The Year” at JLL Canada. He has since been involved in the sale of approximately $700M of multifamily real estate in Southwest Ontario. Daniel advises private capital groups, institutions, REIT’s and asset managers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-residential assets. Daniel enhances his client’s success by sharing in depth market knowledge and forging long standing relationships through strong communication skills and a deliberate approach to real estate investment.
