Averi Price is VP, Chief Compliance and Legal Officer at Syndax Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Syndax, Averi was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Radius Health, where she designed and implemented the company’s first compliance program and provided leadership as the company transformed from an R&D organization to a commercial organization. She also led a compliance team at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, where she positioned compliance as a strategic partner. Prior to her in-house pharmaceutical compliance experience, Averi practiced at Boston-area law firms, where she represented pharmaceutical companies in healthcare fraud actions. She has a BA degree from University of Chicago and a Law degree from University of Michigan.
