The Fine Print

  • The registration fees are excluding VAT, 19% German VAT will be added if applicable.
  • Online registration will close on March 18, 2021, once the event has concluded.


Cancellation policy

If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the Organizer immediately per the instructions below.

Registration cancellations must be sent 57 days before the conference, by January 20, 2021, to receive a refund (minus a 10% administration charge). 

After January 20, 2021, no refunds will be issued. No refunds or credits towards future events will be granted, however, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company. 

Registration cancellations must be sent to EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com.

Any refunds will be processed after the event.


Sending a replacement

Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee or register the new person.
