Ali has held a number of key positions in the field of Strategic Planning and Performance Management with sound knowledge and experience in organizational and business development. His diverse experience is shaped through years of practicing and learning across jobs in multiple fields in the private sector, federal government and the local government of Abu Dhabi. A Certified Strategic Development Professional (CSDP) from the American Institute Of Professional Studies, he has remarkably contributed to the field of strategic thinking and planning in the region by leading and participating in a number of strategy development projects including the development of the Shared Strategy For Municipal Work in the GCC in 2015. He is currently the advisor for strategic planning and performance management in Abu Dhabi Municipality. Ali’s intellectual influence on the field comes through dozens of workshops, lectures, training courses that he has delivered in the past and a number of presentations for international conferences such as the Public Sector Transformation Conference in Dubai 2018, Public Sector Excellence MENA Region and many others.
