Strategy & Performance Specialist at Dubai Airport Freezone

Rachel is from Dubai where she has garnered 25 years’ experience initially in Process Improvement and ISO Management Systems and then more Strategic Consulting like Innovation, Strategy Management, Customer Relationship Management, People Management, Change Management, Business Excellence and Benchmarking.

She currently advises the Strategy and Excellence Department at Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority in Dubai as their Strategy & Performance Specialist. Prior to working in government organisations in Dubai which include a 5-year stint with the Dubai Municipality, Rachel worked for a Business Transformation Consultancy, Bywater plc headquartered in Reading, UK.

Public speaking is her passion, and she is indebted to Informa as she started her speaking career with us at the Dubai Strategy & Execution Forum way back in 2014. She has also delivered keynotes in Asia and serves as jury member for many prestigious local and international awards.

Rachel is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, a certified Level 4 Innovation facilitator from the Global Innovation Management Institute, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified EFQM Assessor and IRCA Lead Assessor.

She is also a mother of two wonderful teenage boys and an aspiring motivational blogger.
