Profile

In more than 25 years with Deutsche Bank, Sandra has held various roles as relationship manager for financially sound corporate clients, for companies and financial institutions during a restructuring phase, as credit analyst, project- and portfolio-manager. Her knowledge includes a deep understanding of complex financial structures as well as experience in developing and realising financial restructuring solutions and strategies.

Her current role as regional head of Deutsche Bank‘s Workout & Recovery Management EMEA team (excl. Germany / Netherlands) comprises since 2011 the responsible management of debt restructurings with clients in the commodity industry and beyond.

In 2017, Sandra has taken on additional global responsibility for regulatory non performing exposure projects, with the objective to implement e.g. the European Central Bank‘s prudential backstop requirements.

Prior to her current role, Sandra advised corporates and financial institutions in projects in Europe and Asia, and managed real estate portfolios of performing and distressed loans.

Sandra held positions at different locations in Germany, in Hong Kong and London, and holds a degree in business administration. She speaks German and English and has moderate Italian speaking capabilities.
