Alex Bayly joined Grupo Romero in 2018 and is a Managing Director in GRAM (Grupo Romero Asset Management) since 2023 and has 14 years of investing and operating experience, including 9 years in private equity/asset allocation and currently Board Member at three Grupo Romero companies.

Prior to joining GRAM, Mr. Bayly worked for 6 years at Grupo Romero, both at the Investment Office leading M&A transactions and value creation and at Primax, a Grupo Romero portfolio company, leading the Strategy/M&A division.

Before joining Grupo Romero, Mr. Bayly worked as Associate Director with The Abraaj Group, a private equity generalist firm focused on emerging markets and at McKinsey & Company’s Latam Office. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business from Universidad del Pacifico.
