Frida Einarson

Partner at Verdane

Frida is a Partner at Verdane, where she leads the IR and capital raising team, covering investor relations, business development, fundraising and co-investments. She joined Verdane in Stockholm in 2010 from Helix Associates, Jefferies’ Private Placement Group, to build Verdane’s investor relations and capital raising function. While at Helix Associates, she had sales coverage of European investors and lead the execution of several private equity fundraisings. Prior roles include sales and Investor Relations at FTSE 100 company Reuters Group (now Refinitiv). Frida holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris (France) and SSE. She is a CFA charter holder.
