Mike Reid is Founder & Senior Partner at Frog Capital, a European Software Growth Equity firm specialising in Operational Scale-Up support. Through Frog’s Operating Partner team and ‘Scale-Up Methodology’, Frog has grown and exited six companies in the last 3.5 years, recently closing their second institutional fund. Exited and existing companies where Frog is/was a significant shareholder include McMakler (DE), Modulr (UK), Caspar (UK), Skimlinks (acquired), WinningTemp (SE), Mediatonic (acquired), Vulog (FR), Azimo (UK), Sellics (DE), SHE Software (UK), OpenSignal (acquired) and Dealflo (acquired).

Prior to Frog, Mike spent 12 years as Director at 3i focussed on technology / software investments. He was actively involved on the boards of high-growth companies across the UK, US & Nordic regions.

Frog is an expert in sourcing off-market European software companies growing at 30% plus and helping them to build out the next phase of team, product, infrastructure and international sales, marketing and customer success.
