Health, safety and security guidelines as of 7 November 2022. We'll provide updated health and safety measures and information if it changes.
Please note that when you arrive at the event:
- masks are not compulsory, however you are welcome to wear one should you wish
- you are not required to show your Covid-19 vaccination status
Please undertake your own health risk assessment before attending the event, considering your own health conditions or vulnerabilities. If you fit into one of the vulnerable groups identified as being highly susceptible to Covid-19, please take the necessary precautions and guidance to protect yourself. Please do not enter the event if you or anyone you live with has symptoms however mild, within 10 days prior to the event. Please follow the local guidance on self-isolating and testing and evaluate your attendance.
Do I need to have a negative Covid test to attend the event?
No. However, it is good practice to test yourself before coming into contact with large groups of people, allowing them to protect themselves and others, and breaking chains of transmission.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Masks are no longer a requirement in public spaces.
What happens if I cannot attend the event because I have COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive or am unable to travel due to changes in quarantine rules?
Colleagues can be sent in your place or you will receive a credit note given to use against another event.
The standard refund terms are that you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee if you cancel up to 57 days before the event.
