Ms. Tania Eyanga is the Founder & Executive Chair of the Central Africa Markets Private Equity Association (CAMPEA), the regional body association championing and promoting private markets investing in growth Central Africa markets, the last investment frontier of Sub-Saharan Africa. She is a corporate finance and alternative asset investments professional specialised in capital formation, with over 15 years of broad range experience spanning fund custody, sovereign & corporate Investor Relations, global capital raising and omnichannel fund mobilisation for Central Africa Market investments.As a multi-sector dealmaking expert, she works alongside a variety of corporate project developers, commercial and trade banks, asset managers and institutional investors alike, in representation of companies, corporate venture stakeholders and project finance promoters across international markets with a focus on Africa. A holder of a MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy from the University of Sunderland, Tania is also the CEO of Excelsum Ventures Group, the first women-led investment advisory boutique firm headquartered in London with a core mandate that consists in the provision of tailored investor sourcing solutions, capital structuring and due diligence operations of venture & financing transactions as well as deal origination with a focus on servicing global capital providers operating across Africa and Central Africa markets’ alternative assets. Amongst her myriad of industry accolades, she is nominated by Investment Week for International Woman of the Year, in addition to being the recipient of the 2024 Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) 40 under 40 Awards winner in Private Markets Investing, in recognition of her contribution to the diversification of global capital markets industry into Central Africa.
