Dean joined AIIM in 2013, working across transactions and asset management. Dean transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for the finance, reporting, compliance and governance functions as well as providing technical support to the investment professionals from deal origination to transaction execution and asset management. Dean is a Director on the Board of the 3 South African toll road concessionaires (Bakwena Platinum Corridor Concessionaire, N3 Toll Concession, Trans African Concessions) and Apollo Advisors and various GP fund and investment holding entities.
