Raffael Rupprechter is a Principal and the CFO at CONSTELLATION. He has more than 12 years experience in private equity and was involved in several transactions such as the investments in WDM, Deutenberg, punker and Rademacher as well as the divestments of Schwab Verkehrstechnik and spirella. Furthermore, he has overall responsibility for all matters relating to accounting, tax, reporting and regulatory compliance for the CONSTELLATION group entities in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Raffael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of St.Gallen as well as a CEMS master’s degree in International Management.
