Prior to Fremman, Ron was previously Head of Operations at Actis LLP and a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch Global PE. Prior to that roles included being CFO of two FTSE listed companies St James’s Place plc and RIT capital Partners PLC.

Ronald is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University. He is fluent in English.
