Vidya Vishal is a seasoned financial services executive with deep expertise in business banking, strategy, and research. She specializes in driving revenue growth through innovation, using a strategic mix of Buy-Build-Partner approaches.

Vidya currently leads the Digital Banking program at Barlow Research Associates, where she helps financial institutions navigate the evolving payments and fintech landscape. Previously, she held leadership roles at Truist Bank, where she led strategy and digital initiatives for the Small Business segment. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Equifax in diverse roles spanning Strategy & Execution, Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Her early career includes a decade in management consulting, focused on growth acceleration and transformation.

In addition to her corporate work, Vidya actively advises fintech startups and enjoys experimenting with AI—a space she finds both fun and full of possibility.
