Before joining Triple Jump, Carolina worked for over 3 years with impact investing at Pymwymic focusing on companies with innovative solutions with strong environmental impact. Beyond working with the investments and portfolio management, she was the flag carrier of diversity to decrease gender gap in portfolio companies. Carolina brings over 6 years of experience in the M&A markets in South America. She worked as a lawyer in deals across several sectors.

Carolina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (São Paulo/ Brazil), a master degree in Corporate Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (São Paulo/Brazil) and a master degree in Law, Markets and Behavior (economics, psychology and law) from University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (Amsterdam/The Netherlands). She has a Brazilian and Portuguese nationalities and speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
