Neha GroverSouth Asia Regional Lead, Private Equity Funds at IFC
Neha Grover has over 16 years of financial services experience in the private equity space. She heads the South Asia Practice of PE Funds and co-investments at International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank Group. She is responsible for evaluating and closing investments in PE Funds and on developing the Funds ecosystem in South Asia. She has deployed capital in most of the leading Funds in India and serves on Limited Partner Advisory Councils of most of these.
Prior to joining IFC, Neha was Principal and India CFO at Baring Private Equity Partners India where she covered various sectors for evaluating investments, finance, fundraising and structuring. Neha was featured in the ‘40 under 40’ list of Alternate Investment Professionals in India and also in the ‘India’s Top 100 Women In Finance’ by Association of International Wealth Management of India. She has also served on the Board of companies like BPEP India and Sphaera Pharma India.
She is an all-India rank-holding Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.
