Carlo co-founded Glendower in 2017 after spending 15 years at Deutsche Bank where he cofounded and co-led the SOF business since 2006 in addition to serving as the Global Head of DB Private Equity in 2012- 2016. Before Deutsche Bank, Carlo was the CEO of a publicly listed
alternatives fund in Italy; an executive at General Electric in the U.S.; and a consultant at The
Boston Consulting Group in New York. Carlo holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy.
