Christoph Kausch

Managing Partner at MTIP AG

Dr. Christoph Kausch is an experienced healthtech investor, entrepreneur and strategic leader. Before founding MTIP, he led Syngenta’s global strategy department for several years. Prior to that, Mr. Kausch was Managing Director at Hafiba AG, a boutique investment firm, where he remains a member of its board of directors. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in private equity and life sciences. Mr. Kausch studied mechanical engineering at Technical University of Munich and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He earned a PhD in innovation & technology management from the University of St. Gallen and Harvard Business School. He founded MTIP together with Felix Grisard and Hans-Florian Zeilhofer back in 2015 and has shaped the company since its founding year as Managing Partner and Member of the Board of Directors.
