Oliver Duff is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Investments at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). He joined PSP Investments in September 2016 as Managing Director, Credit Investments – group formerly known as Private Debt – to lead the organization’s credit investments presence in Europe and to complete the build-out of a London-based team of industry professionals.
Oliver was appointed Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Investments in October 2020. In this role, he oversees a growing credit investments portfolio of $13.3 billion and global transaction opportunities. Oliver has more than 20 years of experience in leverage finance, with a strong track record of building relationships with syndicate desks, private equity firms and credit funds within the European markets. He leads a diverse team of over 30 investment professionals in PSP Investments’ London, New York and Montréal, offices.
Prior to joining PSP Investments Oliver was Global Head of Leveraged Finance and European Head of Capital Financing at HSBC Bank PLC. He had previously held roles as head of loan syndicate at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs and started his leverage finance career with Bankers Trust in London in 1994.
Oliver holds a BA in Economics from Exeter University. He is a qualified accountant (ACA).
