Pablo has 23 years of experience in private equity across developed and emerging markets.

He is managing partner of Fairview, an independent advisor focused exclusively on sponsor-led capital solutions with offices in New York, London, Singapore, Johannesburg and Mexico City.

Before joining Fairview he was the Head of International Secondaries for Park Hill where he managed 18 GP-led transactions, the sale of 300 fund interests and provided structured solutions to investors across the alternative asset class.  

Prior to Park Hill, Pablo was head of Europe and co-managed the secondary investment strategy for PineBridge Investments deploying over $2.5 Bn of capital. He was a board member of PineBridge Europe, held over a dozen fund advisory board seats and managed private equity investments in close to 500 buyout, venture and infrastructure funds. 

Pablo supports multiple nature conservation efforts in Uruguay.  He holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering from UDELAR and an MBA from Yale University.
