Tobias Winter

Co-Head at UNIQA Health Invest

Tobias Winter is a senior portfolio manager at UNIQA Insurance Group, an integrated insurance company and the leading private health insurer in Austria, with total AuM of EUR 30b. Having joined UNIQA in 2007, Tobias is based in Vienna, Austria and has been active across multiple asset classes including cash equities, fixed income and private market investment. Amongst others Tobias has co-led UNIQA’s healthcare investment programme under which UNIQA has started to commit capital to healthcare focused private equity funds three years ago. Today, Tobias is co-leading the launch of UNIQA’s broader based Private Equity programme with targeted commitments of EUR 0.5b, where healthcare investment and life science will be of strategic importance. Before joining UNIQA, Tobias has gained experience in investment banking in Germany and Austria.
