Profile
Kate McKeon is the Head of Sustainability at InfraRed Capital Partners (“InfraRed”). She is responsible for developing and implementing the sustainability strategy for InfraRed and its funds under management.
Kate works closely with the Investments, Asset Management and Portfolio Management teams at InfraRed to evaluate sustainability risks and opportunities in the investment decision-making process and improve the sustainability performance of assets under management. Kate is also responsible for managing the sustainability elements of InfraRed’s corporate functions, including reporting, regulatory requirements, accreditations, training and supporting community engagement initiatives.
Prior to this, Kate was a member of InfraRed’s Infrastructure Investments team, so she brings with her an in-depth knowledge of developing and executing infrastructure transactions.
Kate has a certificate in Business Sustainability Management and Towards Net Zero Emissions from the University of Cambridge. Kate is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia.
