Adam RingerPrincipal at AMP Capital
Adam Ringer is responsible for origination, structuring and asset management, with experience in transport, utility, communications, healthcare, and energy deals for AMP Capital’s Global Infrastructure Fund series. At AMP Capital Adam has worked on the acquisitions of CMG, Regard, Axion, Adven, ESVAGT, Towercom, Newcastle Airport, Greater Gabbard OFTO, Cyclone Wind Farms, Capistrano Wind Partners and additional investments in Thames Water and Alpha Trains. Adam has sourced and executed bolt on opportunities for the existing portfolio including the acquisition of and merger of CMG with Regard and the bolt on of E.On’s Swedish local district heating business for Adven. He has also worked on the sale of Wales and West Utilities. Adam was the asset manager for AMP Capital’s managed stake in ESVAGT, Towercom, Thames Water and Alpha Trains and currently sits on the board of CMG, Regard, Axion and is an alternate director of Adven. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Adam worked at ABN AMRO where he was responsible for development of structured transactions as principal. During his time there he was a key member of the team that established a credit trading subsidiary of ABN AMRO with over GBP1.2 billion of assets under management and participated in the team's first UK RMBS securitisation. He started his career at Barclays Capital in its Structured Capital Markets division where he was responsible for execution support on structured transactions with major North American and European financial institutions.
