Evgenia Plotnikova

Partner at Dawn Capital

Evgenia started her career as an M&A banker at JP Morgan, before becoming an investor at private equity giant TPG Capital. Evgenia subsequently joined Dawn, where she manages investor, VC and entrepreneur relationships in the French-speaking markets, and leads SaaS deals across Europe.

At Dawn, Evgenia has led investments in Dataiku, Soldo, Zivver and ReachFive, sitting on the board of the latter three. Internally, Evgenia leads Dawn’s marketing and PR efforts and is the firm’s subject expert on the customer success function.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 winner, then its finance category judge, Evgenia is a TechStars mentor and, most recently, one of Business Insider’s 100 Coolest People in Tech.

Evgenia holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Sciences Po, where she graduated cum laude. She then received a master’s degree in Finance from Sciences Po summa cum laude, and spent time at The Wharton School.
