Hedley Goldberg is the Global Head of Healthcare Services at Rothschild & Co. In recent times he has advised Care Management Group and The Regard Group on their sales to AMP Capital, the merger of Cambian and Caretech, Armonea’s sale to Colisée, Remote Diagnostic Technologies’ sale to Philips, Mikeva’s sale to Attendo, Curaeos’ sale to EQT and The Priory Group’s sale to Acadia Healthcare. Over the past three years he has completed over 20 Healthcare Services transactions, and has also advised Prospitalia, Corin, Ober Scharrer Group, Hesley Group, Kisimul, Cancer Partners UK, Synlab, Unilabs, Regina Maria, Eugin, LuxMed, Base Holdings, Alpha Labs, Clinica Baviera, National Fostering Group, Al Noor, Oasis Healthcare, Care UK and Four Seasons Healthcare.

Hedley joined Rothschild & Co in 2001, prior to this he worked at Barings. He is a qualified solicitor.
