Kelly is Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships with OMERS Private Markets. Having joined the team in November 2017, Kelly has enterprise accountability for driving the growth of OMERS strategic partnerships, including relationships within third party capital arrangements, and with co-investors and other finance partners. He is a deeply experienced global investor in infrastructure, private equity and real estate, across both emerging and developed economies.

Prior to OMERS, Kelly served as Managing Partner for Corporate Finance with Brookfield Asset Management. During his 16 years there, he executed numerous equity, preferred equity, public debt and project debt transactions. Before this, he held positions with firms such as Citibank, Lone Star and Fortress Investment Group.

Kelly has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
