Lorelei Graye is founder of the non-profit ADS Initiative, the industry initiative and global forum to establish, issue, and maintain generally accepted data standards for the private capital markets. Owner of the consultancy, Leodoran Financial, and an expert in the asset owner space on communications, data, and reporting standards, Lorelei began developing her expertise and reputation for industry advocacy as a reporting officer at a U.S. public pension where she spearheaded the development of one the first collection and validation reporting processes which was featured in a prominent CEM Benchmarking study. Over the last decade, Lorelei has travelled extensively to promote best practices and optimisation in PE operations.
