Lucas Pech is a Director for Private Debt investments at Golding Capital Partners. He is responsible for selection, due diligence, execution and monitoring of Private Debt investments as well as portfolio management. Before joining Golding Capital Partners in 2012, Lucas worked for the corporate banking and credit department of Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt and Hong Kong. He graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) from FOM Hochschule fuer Oekonomie und Management, Essen. Furthermore, he holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
