Nadja Borges, has over 15 years of experience in financial markets, management, strategic business, finance and operations. She has worked as Chief Operating Officer for Plenum Securities Ltd, a Swiss Securities Broker; as Managing Director for Plenum Solutions Trust reg., a Liechtenstein Fund Administrator; as Chief Financial Officer of Akina Ltd, a Swiss Private Equity firm operating in Europe and as Member of the Private Equity Management Committee of Unigestion SA, an International Asset Management firm.

Known for striving for excellence not only in finance and accounting, but also in operations, she is instrumental in operational change. She takes a tech-forward approach to her leadership position, executing major IT upgrades that are revolutionizing data analysis.
