Profile
Ms. Pamela Hendrickson joined Riverside in 2006 as COO and currently serves as Vice Chairman. In this capacity, she monitors and manages policy, political and legislative risk for Riverside and its portfolio companies. Ms. Hendrickson also supervises several of Riverside’s funds and sits on the Riverside Investment Council. Prior to joining Riverside, she served for 22 years at JP Morgan Chase with senior roles in both the Real Estate Division and the Private Bank. Ms. Hendrickson is currently Chairman of the Board of the American Investment Council; Past Chairman of the Board of the Association for Corporate Growth and has been a member of the board of the Small Business Investor Alliance. She is also Vice Chairman of the advisory board of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University and a Trustee of the National Humanities Center, where she chairs the audit committee. Ms. Hendrickson holds an AB in Public Policy and History from Duke University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
